Help with Lego Project (nxt 2.0)

Hello, im Chris and i need your help. I have a school project in which i have to make a robot that will walk and avoid obstacles. Im a complete begginer and i have never did this before.

For a lot of you this school project will sound easy, right? That's why i need your help. You can or introduce me to programming lego nxt 2.0 or make a programme for me. Or if you have it already or know where to fin it it will be cool if you would say me where then.

I will be happy if any help will be provided by you guys :)

Im using nxt 2.0, i have legal program and everything. All parts that are in the 8547 one.

Walking vs Rolling

LEGO has a humanoid example - you should be able ot follow the instructions for its construciton and programming to help you get started. If you need something fast, there is also a rolling robot which is easier.
