Hi there,
I am in process of putting the L6 arm together and ran into this problem:
The Figure #5 of the assembly guide shows the bottom of the servos kindda sticking out of the forearm board panel
With my arm the bottom surface of the servos is leveled with the panel. I am using the 0.75" nylon standoffs provided with the kit.
The problem now is that when insert the servo hinge, it does NOT go all the way down, unless I really force. And in that case the panel tends to bent.
I am missing something, should I use shorted standoffs?

Two things could cause this. The first is we could have provided 1" standoffs instead of 3/4" standoofs. Highly unlikely, but possible… If you can measure the length it would help. However what I suspect you did was to install the servos in from the top instead of in from the bottom. If you can post an image it should be easy to see what the problem is.
