My Roomba has been working poorly these days. When I turn it on it makes loud noises and doesn’t vacuum as well as before.

Hi Liz,
Does your robot make the same noise if you let it run with out the dust bin? What about without the brushes? Do the brushes turn properly by hand?
Please make sure that your brushes are clean and that you remove the yellow brush bearings on the sides of the brushes to clean underneath them.
Dirty brushes can cause damage to the robots brushes and brush gears. let us know if you can hear where the noise is coming from.
