Help with Adeept Hexapod Servo Debugging in Arduino?

I have the Adeept Hexapod. I have done all the programmings and the only thing left is Debugging the servos.The instruction says do these steps on Arduino= File, Examples, Hexpod, Debug but I am using Arduino VesionIDE 2.2.1 and it has not such Options, Hexpod - Debug.

Can you please assist me?
Do I need to download a library file?
