Help ordering parts for Kinograph

Hi I am building a Kinograph film transfer machine and I need to order a few things on my list such as 2 gear motors and 2x flexible shaft couplers - one side should match your motor shaft size and the other side needs to be 8mm I am not sure what size of gear motor. I can send the .pdf of the instructions.

  • 2x Gear Motors
  • 2x flexible shaft couplers - one side should match your motor shaft size and the other side needs to be 8mm
  • Circuit board 4x 0.75" standoffs + screws
  • Magnetic Strip
  • 2x 90-degree 0.75" bracket
  • LED diffusion material
  • Microscope (for parts), should have a vertical adjustment (coarse + fine) and a horizontal plate for mounting additional camera plates.
  • Roller Switch
  • Relay Switch
  • Jumper wire, hookup wire
  • 12V power supply
  • Alligator clip wires

@Shebafilms Welcome to the RobotShop Community. That sounds like a custom project, so not sure how the community can help. I see there’s a project here which seems to give a guide with design files:

The issue with reproducing someone else’s project based on a bill of materials is that if a part (or several) is not available, you need to be in a position to find a replacement, and as such need to know its purpose, design specs and what is needed.
