Help - Micro servo based hexapod

Hi,
I planned to build a hexapod using micro servos. I already having the following parts
Arduino mega and arduino uno
32 servo controller
and lots of micro servos

Now i want to build the mechanical parts, i searched on the net to find the blue print or exact measurement/drawings for micro servo legs etc. But i didn’t get.

I have a dremel tool with router table and bought the 3mm acrylic sheet as well. Is there any other way to cut the acrylic sheet. Laser cutting may difficult to find here (Bangalore, India)

Please help me on drawing for legs and mechanics for micro servo and to cut the acrylic legs.

Thanks,
Robotsmani

The Hexy robot uses micro servos and is open source and can provide some inspiration:

Without investing in a CNC router table, a band saw is a good way to cut acrylic, and if you can find or build an inexpensive strip heater you can bend it too.

Thanks Coleman…
I saw something similar hexapod using micro servo

I liked the simple design. Is any body having the drawing of the legs/parts. so i can paste the drawing into acrylic and cut the acrylic.

Lynxmotion does not have any design files for a fully acrylic hexapod frame - you’ll need to search online.
