Help Kobuki base does not move when on the ground

My kobuki base does not move when on the ground if I lift it up it works, (wheels turn fine) if I apply pressure (push on the spring loaded wheels) it makes a noise like stripped gears (about 7/8 of the way in , but ,when fully extended & I apply pressure and I cant stop it . Any suggestion? thanks

Sorry to hear about the problem.

It does sound like a problem with gears. Maybe you can open it up to check this?

I think RobotShop did not sell this Kobuki robot before. Which version do you have and do you have access to replacement parts?

Please share the link of the kobuki base that you purchased from Robotshop.

I just need to know what parts do I need and where to buy them .

I am looking for parts but what parts? the 2 side motors assembly ?

I would like to help, but I don’t know where you bought this robot and where can you buy these replacement parts.

But yes, if I were you, I would look for a replacement tire/motor/gear assembly, whatever they have.
