Help identifying motor + hookup how-to?

Hello,

I’m just getting started with robotics and have some experience building small line follower robots. I recently picked up a motor for free and would like some help:

  • Identifying what type of motor it is (stepper/brushed dc/other)?
  • A link to an online video or tutorial showing how to hook this type of motor up, preferable via an Arduino for some control.

Seems like that manufacturer no longer exists: fhp-motors.de/
Looks like it might be AC as opposed to DC. You can’t hook that directly to an Arduino - you’d need an 260V AC motor controller (we don’t offer any AC motor controllers).
