Hello I am new to the forum and this is the first time I write
Writing to ask for help on a hanter Vtail, I mounted this frame with a NAZA Lite, ESC Hobbywing Skywalker 20A 4 in 1 unfortunately I can not make it fly today at takeoff was made to turn on itself, now I have a doubt, but the Naza handles this type of frame?
How should I connect the M1/M2/M3/M4 spinets regulator Orange, Red, White, and Red, where do they go? I might be wrong connections?
one thing that I did not understand the sense of rotation of the motors
I follow the directions Y that lies in the NAZA Assistant Lite? or those of KK2?
Excuse my English I’m Italian and I use the translator
Welcome to the forum, happy to have another VTail user out there.
The NAZA is not VTail compatible in fact, there is no VTail configuration inside.
However, me and some other have tried to fly it in Y6 mode which is quite similar in mixing.
Take a look here: viewtopic.php?f=54&t=9005&p=89327&hilit=naza#p89327
Thanks for the info
Now I try to do the configuration to Y as described in the discussion.
I am struggling to figure out how to connect my Skywalker to Naza
Where can I find spare parts for the Vtail? since they are sure to break it, we ship to Italy?
Dear Eric today’s flight testing and 'went well fly!
Now I just need to work on when I give Yaw Gain becomes very dancer breaks down a lot, but I have to see that with the NAZA fly after you follow me to the discussion that Linked
Hello Eric, to many friends and 'liked Vtail and they asked me if I order on the site you gave me as shipped and delivery times, you could give me information? I’m presenting on a Forum Italian.
Tonight I set the gain that you sent me these days but I try Yaw 45 is not too low?
Hello Eric
Unfortunately I can not solve the problem of Yaw when I give this command the VTAIL visibly flustered seem to feel no parameter in the Gain I tried from 50 to 160 and the problem remains the same.
I had the Hunter Vtail flying with the Naza, but unfortunately I could never get it to handle that well - I would say it’s usable for level flying and doing some video work, but it’s not very fun. So far I have had the best flying using MultiWii, in particular I am using the Quadrino from Flying Einstein: flyingeinstein.com/
If you use the Vtail config mixing it’s very easy to get things working from all the guides Eric has put together. You can follow some of my posts in the main Vtail thread. I still have plans to hopefully get the Ardupilot board working with this, but currently it’s on my big flying wing
Yes, there is no real VTail configuration for the DJI stuff.
Only tried inside for a proof of concept that it was flying, but didn’t try extensive testings.
