Hi guys. First post to try to sus out a good starting point for a first robot for myself to play, tinker and learn with.
I’m still at uni (limited capital) and am hesistant to commit to a purchase that would be too simple or too complex for me. I have attached a screenshot of my potential . Is there anything I am missing that will hinder my progress or anything you could suggest that would help it? I have no electronics and have access to most types high accuracy CNC machinery.
Are bipeds good for a start? Or should I be looking at something else? And could anyone recommend a simple target goal to work towards after working out the basics of motion and getting it moving.
I have (6months) experience coding microcontrollers, FPGA, PLC, ABB robots and a basic grasp of IK (learning at the moment).
Thanks for your replies.
