Hello All,
My name is Steve and I’m 23 from Ontario, Canada.
I’ve studied physics for a long time now as well as hardware components.
I’m in school for digital circuitry and physics.
I work at H and R block, please no tax questions.
I’ll probably be in school for the rest of my life.
Essentially I began life as a programmer.
I recently started doing digital circuitry to the extent of binary conversion and small computing projects.
I’m really interested in robotics - I’ve been intrigued by them for some time now. Ever since my interest in game engines was gradually depleting. Actually, it might date back to to R.O.B for the nintendo.
(If anyone has a broken or functional R.O.B they’re throwing away, send me a message and I’ll be by to dig it out of your trash.)
Unfortunately, I currently don’t have the currency to even purchase a kit so for now I’d like to learn and read documentation.
I really wish tools, resources and kits were free. However, I’m sure Jim Frye wouldn’t be very satisfied
I do intend to save money for a Johnny 5 because I have a great Idea for him. I’d also like to achieve ownership of a robotic arm because it’s a freaking robotic arm.
In the future I hope to have some significant posts to help the thread but like I said I suffer from financial setbacks.
It’s very nice to meet you all.
