I still don’t have the expertise to create it myself, I wonder if there are factories or services that create custom robots for you.

Great news that you have an idea and that you are interested in this field.
Nevertheless, even if you don’t want to build your robot by your own, I would recommend you to have a look at this tutorial:

Now, regarding your services, I’ve seen some commercials about companies that can do complete product design (whether it’s a robot, or house appliance etc.) so try google it.
Also, I would recommend you to do some preparing/ researching on your own. If you can draw nicely, you can share your robot drawing. Or, create a Preliminary Idea Design in Word or PowerPoint for example.
