I am making an RGB LED lamp, which you control via Bluetooth using an app on your phone.
I had every component working fine, everything soldered and good to go.
Originally, I was powering the HC-05 with A USB to TTL (due to changes of plan), I tried and connected it with a Arduino nano (the connections are on point), but the HC-05 module did not turn on at all, so I took it out and tested it using USB power and it worked fine.
Any help with this?

Are you sure that you have connected the HC-05 board correctly to the Arduino Nano?
You would need to lower the voltage on the RX to 3.3v as shown in the video:
If this didn’t work still, you might be having an issue with the Nano pins so you can test them with a multimeter.
