Here is a robot I started a few weeks ago and I hope to actually complete this one.
I'm going to try to cobble together the brains of it out of what I have lying around, which is a couple of picaxe 20M & 08M's.
It has no particular purpose except as a test bed for some ideas.
I would also like to give it some character, ie: lights, sounds, servos waving around, etc.

This is the battery compartment.
These are the fenders with attach points for sensors.

This is the dual 'H' Bridge using 2 DPDT 6 volt relays.
It is screwed down to a polycarbonate panel.
This is one of the 20M Project Boards, this one will run the 'H' Bridge.
Modified 8 AA cell battery holder. It will use 5 rechargeables. The plug on the left comes from the 'LM2940CT - 5' 5v Low Dropout Regulator.
The right plug is the unregulated 6v for motor / servo use.
Switch panel using IC sockets for wire connectors.
Mounted.
The panels stack on top of each other for neatness.
