Hagisonic Stargazer Localizer

Hi,

I am currently working on a robotic project with Hagisonic Stargazer Localizers…
Encountered communication problems upon interfacing with a BS2sx microcontroller from parallax…

Realised that the BS2sx chip cannot fully support such high Baud rate (i.e.15200) the localizer is utilizing…The results shown are often some random funny characters which cannot be decoded…

Is there any solution to this issue? May I know how to lower the Baud rate of the localizer if it is possible?

You will require a proper microcontroller with faster communication speeds as the stargazer’s communication speed is not configurable, according to the documentation. It communicates at 115200bps serial.
