I am looking at way too many gyroscopes to choose from.
I am looking for a simple basic gyroscope.
I need only 1 axis. More is ok but not needed.
Tring to find a unit that will input and output voltages as to the angle of tilt.
I really would like something to have a 12v dc input and output to relays.
Adjustability for the degree of motion and sensitivity would be a BIG plus.
If any of you knowledgeable individuals could help me narrow my selection, it would be greatly be appreciated.
The more simple the better for me.

Since you only need one axis this one could be a good option. Another great option is the MPU-6050 like this or this it has more axis than you need, it is pretty easy to use and there are many tutorials online on how to use it.
About the working voltage, most of these sensors work with 3.3V / 5V so you will need a step-down voltage regulator if you want to use a 12V input, like this or this one, you can find other options here.
