I bought a grillbot from you earlier this month. Order # 283498; Serial number C1AA13631GBU12591.
I tried to use it today for the first time. It is fully charged; the battery indicator shows this.
I put it on the grill and pressed the button and nothing happens.
Tried this several times, but it seems the button is not connected to anything.
What do I do now? I am extremely frustrated.

We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Grillbot. We have not seen this issue with the Grillbot and can certainly replace it under warranty free of charge.
Before doing so, you may verify that the robots battery is well connected inside the robot. If you do not feel comfortable doing so, we will proceed with the RMA.
Please rest assured that we will do everything possible for you to receive a functional robot in a timely manner.
