GoPiGo3 motors at different speed

Hello,

I received a new GoPiGo3 Base Kit a few days ago.

The right motor is slower than the left, which causes the robot to go in a circle instead of in at straight line.

I have done the following to try to find out what the problem is:

  1. Checked the battery power, is over 10 V.
  2. Swapped the cables to check if the problem is different power from the controller board, still the right motor is slower.
  3. Swapped wheels and spacers but still the right wheel spins slower.

Here is what it looks lika when I go forward and backwards, note that the right motor also stops more abruptly…
