I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
Description: Power up sequence never completes.
Hardware concerned: Genibo Robot Dog
Troubleshooting steps already taken: Ensured that the robot is charged. Placed on the stand (initial white light) with the power switch on the bottom (on). Placed the robot on the stand and fan started to run and the stand light turned green. The status indicator in the tail was initially Red to start and then turned Blue after about 30 mins. It would seem that the robot is charged up.
Additional information: Purchased in Aug 2017 for my grandmother. Unpacked and activated for her in Mar 2018; used 2 days (health reasons kept her from using/keeping it) and powered off (off switch on the bottom). I brought it back with me and had it in a closet until now. Yesterday attempted to power on; eyes just keep in the startup circling dots.
