I would like to buy E.ziclean Revolution robot (Robotshop product Code: RB-Ezi-06)
A few pre-sales questions:
- Can I plug it in US electrical socket (using travel adapter)?
- What is the noise level during the cleaning (in dB)?
- Can the robot messages be displayed in English?
- How many cycles does the HEPA filter last, on average? Can I order spare HEPA filters?
Hi Toronto,
-
Per the specs we have on the robot (see the user’s manual, page 49, for now in French only), it’s charger can take input voltage from 100-240VAC, so you should be able to use it in North America with only a socket adapter.
-
The noise level will be 60dB or less; the surface it’s cleaning on will affect this to some degree.
-
The robot’s display is in English, and it should give you the vocal messages in both English and French. Also note the button labels on the remote are in English too.
-
This would depend on use. The more debris/dirt it has to pick up, and whether it is used often or not, will affect how often the filter needs to be changed. From our experience, with regular use (let’s say a few times a week), the filter should last you a couple of months, give or take.
For the most part, where do you intend to use this robot? We ask because this robot is currently only available for sale on our EU website. It can only be delivered to an address within the EU. If you want to bring it to North America after that, that’s not a problem, but it must be purchased in the EU. Also note that for warranty claims, the robot will have to go back to the EU for replacement/repair. Something to consider if you are not going to be in Europe very often.
We hope this helps you in your decision.
Thanks,
