i am some what confused to what the meaning of center to center measurement is on a timing belt. such as robotshop.com/en/125-tooth-timing-belt.html
Center-center distance is the distance between the centers of the timing belt pulleys. so you also need to know the pitch diameter of the timing belt pulleys you will use.
Check any of the major timing belt companies, they have white papers on how the systems work, and how to calculate the diameters and lengths needed. Stock Drive Parts is one of my favorites.
