Hello, and thank you for the explanation, but I have another question. Instead of using the Garmin Lidar v3, have any of you ever looked into a sensor AFBR-S50MV85G from Broadcom?

@soru First, belated welcome to the RobotShop Community! The AFBR-S50MV85G does seem like an interesting product , though on the expensive side given it requires additional circuitry. Can’t spot any companies who have made breakout boards for it yet. Would need to dig deeper to see how it really compared to the competition. Your thoughts?
