Hi Alexander,
The sensor in the FST-01 (RB-Lyn-624, which is a kit of the sensor and rubber cover) is the RB-Int-01.
You can find the datasheet for this sensor here. Page 2 has the full specifications for it.
The typical force sensitivity range is [0.2, 20] N. This translates to ~[0.02, 2.04] kg or ~[0.05, 4.5] lbs.
