Hi @Abdoumahmoud and welcome to our forum.

I don’t see why it should not work.

Rb-Phi-122 ( 200 Kg Button Load Cell ) is a four wire load cell and RB-Spa-1359 ( HX711 Load Cell Amplifier ) is designed for four wires load cells.

Here is the connection table for the load cell:

And on the left side of HX711 you can see where to connect these wires:
