Follow up rudder control

Hi.
Please help. I’m new here so thank you.
I need to control my boat rudder with accuracy.
Is there a simple pcb I can program to do this. I have 24 volt solernoids with switches to control the port and stbd movements but have to control it in follow up mode. I’d like a potentially that when I move it 5% to port the the solernoid is activated and it moves to 5% and then stops. This will need a feed back sensor. I have 100s of these to fit.

@Captain270 Welcome to the RobotShop Community! Unfortunately RobotShop does not offer many solenoids at this time and none are powerful enough for steering a boat. However, you didn’t mention what size of boat (RC toy, kayak, sailboat, yacht?). Also, solenoids tend to be ON/OFF, so you might consider a linear actuator with potentiometer feedback:
