I do a lot of close video work and need to know if the Blackbird 2 would be suitable. Does anyone know the minimum recommended shooting distance or the minimum focus distance for this item. Thanks

I’m not sure if this information can help you but the manufacturer listed the following specs:
- Lens Focal length: 2.5 mm
- Viewing Angle : 90º for full frame
- Thread Type: M12 x 1
- IR cut Filter on the lens : 680 μm (day lens for color camera)
- Focus: Manual
Yes, I have seen all the specifications and read the user manual, but it doesn’t anywhere tell me the minimum focus distance. Unfortunately, the email contact page on the manufacturer’s website appears to be broken right now; it just returns an ‘unable to initiate email’ when I click to send. Update… the FPV£DCAM.com email page appears to be now working, so I have sent my enquiry direct to the manufacturer. Hopefully, they will reply.
