Flyback diode for 8 channel relay

Hi recently purchased a couple of 8 channel relays (RB-SUF-19) to control some 12 volt pumps (RB-Dfr - 191) pumps. Do the relays have built in flyback diodes. And if not, do they need them?

Yes, the 8 Channel 5V Relay Shield Module has an 1N4148 flyback diode for each relay.
