I down load the software and put the key in and it will not open up flowbotics I am just trying to get a gripper to work

What version of Windows are you using?

And are you seeing any error message? To confirm, you are opening FlowBotics Studio, entering the the license key, doing “Activate” and then doing “Proceed”?

Yes proceed, and it goes no where I have win 7
