Flowbotics activation key missing

Dear Robotshop support center,

We have recently purchased an AL5D robot arm with the following confirmation message
" (#838262 (Web #1500041628 Ordered on 3/8/2019 )", and we cannot find the activation key for the Flowbotics software. Could you please email us the key or send it here?
