After I upgraded the computer to Windows 10, the FlowArm software is working, but I can not find the Lynx Robotic Arm.
Is there a new driver that I need to install? I need your help to make it works.
Thanks you!

Hi,
If the software seems to be working properly, then the issue is most likely a drivers problem.
First, lets check a few things to eliminate all potential issues:
Disconnect everything from the SSC-32U (servos, power, USB). Then, open Device Manager (found under Control Panel). You should have a category named Ports (COM/LPT). If so, expand it.
Then, connect only the USB connection from the SSC-32U to your computer. The Device Manager list should update and a new device should appear in the Ports (COM/LPT) category.
Note down the port name (most likely USB Serial Port) and number (COM??).
If the new device does not show up, then you most certainly have an issue with the drivers. You can find the most up-to-date package of drivers from FTDI here. Install those (you may have to restart your computer) and try again the steps above.
Once you have a VCP (Virtual COM Port) established, connect the VS1 power cables to the SSC-32U and turn on the power (should be the 6 V DC power supply and wiring harness provided with the kit).
Power the SSC-32U through VS1. The PWR LED should turn on.
Press the BAUD button and check the results of the blinking LEDs. You should normally have the green LED blink rapidly for a few seconds, indicating a baud rate of 9600. If you have a different set of blinking LED (red only, both or neither), please add this to your reply and look-up the baud rate in the SSC-32U manual (page 34).
Now, download and install our free diagnostic tool, Lynxterm. You can find it here. With the SSC-32U powered by VS1 and connected to the computer by USB, please start Lynxterm. See the image below for details:
Sincerely,
