Flashing Blue Light on Litter Robot

I have a Litter Robot III and the blue light is flashing continuously. I have followed the steps on the forum and the light is still flashing.

Please let me know what my options are.

Please provide your order ID and a serial number of the robot.

It was an order on Amazon… Order # is 702-2466263-5462635. I am unsure of the serial number of the robot.

Thank you for your reply.

You can find serial number on the silver label on the back of the base.

Since your robot is still in warranty, we can send you new DFI sensor and it should solve the problem. You can use this video to help you replace it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zD3dsJsVVsc

Yes please send the replacement sensor and I’ll see what I can do.

The serial number is LR3132586.
