I ran the dog demo on the XGO Mini. I have an arm that doesn’t seem to work properly.
The arm doesn’t seem to be holding firmly
Is there anything I can do?

Thanks for the feedback. I’ve tried it 3 times. I still have the same problem, the left arm won’t hold.
The other arms are fixed and hold their position firmly, this one not at all.

So if the instructions and troubleshooting from the document didn’t help, it is possible that servo is defective.
XGO robot support can confirm this. After that, we can see what can be done regarding replacement.
hi I think the servo 12 is broken. pls check the connection of cable.
