OK so i am trying to make something that turns rotational motion into liner motion. Basicly i want to make something that goes back and forth about 120 times a min. i was looking at this motor robotshop.com/en/regulated-s … 4v-3a.html

they seemed about the right powers and what not.

but i would LOVE some help with some type of arm or disk to set the “stroke” and maybe 2 arms with a liner barring or something.

i am really new to this and would love some help.

Take a look online for “convert rotational to linear motion” and you’re sure to find something you like.
Some ways are simpler but less efficient, while others can be more complex, but give you exactly what you need.
The choice of motor & power supply relate to the torque / force, which might be a bit hard to calculate if the mechanism is complex.
