To get better reports
It’s better to have the reviewer to get a spool from the store and then get it refunded or another free when he delivers the review. This way the reviewer would get the filament like other customers and it’s motivated to write the report to get a refund. Even better if you put in the description that the filaments come from other suppliers, which you want to know if are good as they write.
