Considering Flowbotics already supports Dynamixel TTL servos, does it OR can it support Feetech FT-SCS15 TTL servos?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, you could in theory use those servo motors with FlowBotics Studio. You would of course need an appropriate adapter (USB to half-duplex UART) and a power source, too.
FlowBotics Studio has a COM port component that can be used to connect to a virtual serial port (as you would usually get from the a USB to half-duplex UART adapter). This would allow you to both send and receive data to the servomotors through the adapter. Of course, you will need to consult that manufacturer’s manual & protocol details and program this yourself.
This example should be a good starting point.
