I am beginner and my new project is to make one linear actuator to move in to specific length, for example 0% open 50% open 100% open and vice versa, all by three buttons! Any idea?

You need a linear actuator with potentiometer feedback, a microcontroller, and some buttons. Then you simply need to program your microcontroller to move the actuator into a specific length depending on which button you press.
