Hey Robo Community
I will tell you what had happened so far with our Fanuc 10iA M12 series robot with 30iB mate controller. Please guide me further.
After replacing the batteries, the robot lost mastering. I had reset the pulse coder alarm with help from online. I was then able to jog the robot but the program wasn’t running in Auto mode. So while in the process of mastering I accidentally cycle powered in control start. After that I am not able to jog the robot. One thing to note is that after the controlled start The pendent doesn’t indicate any fault even when the dead man is not pressed.
I am attaching backup file link here if you could plz look into it and guide me ahead. I am completely new to all of this and your help would really save me my job.
