Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Description:
Riskware/DeceptPCClean is classified as a type of Riskware.
Riskware detected in app: Tool.DeceptPCClean.Win32.314

Hardware concerned:
Windows 10
Software concerned:

EZ-Builder Designer for Windows app

Troubleshooting steps already taken:
Scanned download app with: https://www.virustotal.com
Additional information:
Scan found Riskware in app called: Tool.DeceptPCClean.Win32.314
Can it be removed?

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your EZ-Builder App.

There’s nothing much about this virus on the internet but you can remove it with any antivirus that can detect it.

Like Zillya Anti-virus.

I tried Zillya Antivirus program
It does find the Riskware (Tool.DeceptPCClean.Win32.314), but it cannot remove just it…
The program quarantines the whole ARC installer download.

I tried contacting Ez-robot, but if you follow your link- they only offer tutorials, no email to ask my question.
It would seem the developers of ARC would want to know their program is showing malware/riskware when scanned.
If it is a false/positive, don’t you think they would still want the results corrected with the anti-virus program producers (Zillya).
I am frustrated trying to get an honest answer to this, so if you have a way to contact the ARC developers, it would be appreciated.
