New issue.

I am not able to connect to this board; cannot even ping it.
I have a device scanner on my phone (“Fing”): it does not see it.

(Too bad there is no USB or ethernet ports on board.)

Is the board defective?

I worked with Synthiam on this problem and they concluded the board is defective.

Pls advise.

You still have to contact EZ-Robot support.

They are responsible for exchange of defective device.
