Hi All
I am working on a radio module, that I seek crowdfunding for.
The module is small, very simple to use and configured with logic input pins.
This is perfect for the robot DIY folks, and many other projects that has to work now and reliable.
Unlike most other rf modules, this one has a frontend (RF power amplifier) that makes it very strong/long range.
I myself am an electronics engineer, and lack in communication skills, so if anybody pleace will help to spread the word about this project to help me raise money, I will be ever thankful.
In short, the module is a wireless transparant bridge.
I believe it is the only module on the 2.4GHz band that is configured by logic pins and does not require programming (Maybe there are others, but I have not found any).
This makes this module very easy to use, and legal all over the globe.
Its capabilities are:
5 switch/logic inputs that drives logic outputs, on the receiver.
2 12bit analog inputs, driving 2 PWM outputs on the receiver.
ADC + PWM enable pin.
UART with selectable baud rate and disable.
7 ID settings + Frequency hopping enable pin.
7 transmit power settings.
Error output.
Max +22dBm transmit power
RobotShop is very welcome to help commercialize it.
I do not plan to make a lot of money on this, I just like building things. Thats why I want to release it all as open source. I hope bigger companys will start to produce them. I have spent a long time looking for a module like this, and since I could not find any, I decided to make my own and try out the crowdfunding thing.
We certainly invite you to provide additional information here. You can also contact us via the RobotShop Accelerator program if you’d like us to commercialize it.
