External DC power supply: 12V/3A

I’m looking for an alternate power supply for my Poly P15 personal video unit. The External DC power supply 12V/3A that came with it has a brick in the middle of two cables. I want to find a power supply that has the brick that plugs into the wall. Can anyone help? Thanks.
