Extend servo shaft

Hello,
I would like to extend the output shaft on a Savox servo so it can reach outside the radio box and operate the steering on my R/C car. Something like the “Actobotics Hitec Servo Shaft Hub (1/2")“ would be ideal but this is 24 spline and Savox are 25 spline.
Is there a 25 spline version of the hub or is there another method of getting a servo horn approximately 1/2” or so away from the front of the servo please?

@Marshie Welcome to the RobotShop Community. The following has 25 teeth, but you might need to confirm the dimensions match those of your servo:

I had tried a few different ways of searching for this, thought there must be one there somewhere!
