Hi Im a new user here. Im working with Lego EV3 software and Im trying to create a program that has one push button on the first EV3 that makes the bluetooth signal. The second EV3 receives the message and then does the task. I want to be able to press a button on the first EV3 and the message loops but the second EV3 waits until it receives the signal first before doing the task. It sounds like a really simple idea of a program but I need some help putting this together. Any advice will be welcomed. Phil
It sounds like you want to use one EV3 as a master, and the other as a slave. Normally a “master” device is a computer, smart phone, tablet etc. Having one Bluetooth detect the other, enter the password. This having been said, it is possible to set one as “master” and another as “slave”. We did a quick search and found these:
