ETH002-B 2x 16A - IP Adress no found

Good morning,

We purchased the “ETH002-B 2x16A Devantech” device through your RobotShop website, and when we tried to configure the relay, we couldn’t find the device’s original factory IP address (192.168.0.200), even though my PC has an IP address within the same range.

I have tried using more than one computer, different network cables, and even scanning for IP addresses within the network, but I am unable to see the relay with the IP address 192.168.0.200. We have even tested it using only the PC and the ETH002-B relay, with no other devices connected.

We have also reset the relay, setting the jumper to the right position as indicated in the manual.

We would like to know if:

  • the relay’s IP address is the one listed in the manual (192.168.0.200)
  • there is anything necessary that we might be overlooking
