I need to purchase ESC’s for the T100 thrusters. Can you please recommend what would work best? Also, do you sell a single cable that would have wiring to support 4-Thrusters (all 4 will be mounted on one submersible robot)? Would need at least 100’.

It’s best to buy the T100 Thruster w/ Basic ESC so you get a fully working unit.
The ESC included will have a bi-directional firmware specific to thrusters.
Most applications will use some sort of controller on-board of the submersibe robot and only communication through the tether cable.
Something like the Fathom ROV Tether is used and batteries in the ROV for power.
