I bought the SQ3 Quad chassis. I noticed that the long dimension for the PCB holes is off. Looks like 2.75" instead of 2.70", making the spacers bend a little to fit into the PCB holes.
I’d also like to suggest completing the servo horn patterns in the front and back (add two holes each).
Too bad there isn’t a simple way to get a better finish on the laser cuts.
Correct - the board does fit though, and if you tighten the spacers in place after the board has been added, nothing should bend. This has been corrected on more recent versions and we do apologize for any inconvenience.
You mean for the SES patten? Sure - already added to the next revision.
We’re currently using the method suggested to us by Jim, and although the system works, it does leave a yellow / black powder which coats all edges, and the plastic needs to be removed from the top and bottom. The upside is that the parts are very strong.
