Error with VSA file import

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

I’m trying to import the file from Track Skull (txt) to VSA verson 6, and get the following message:

Unexpected file format.

I’ve tried setting the settings in VSA as per the Trackskull, trier different settings, but each time the same…? I’ve emailed Brookshire software 3 times now and nothing back.
