Error with cytron mdds10 and mdds30

I built a robot with two 300w wheelchair motors. The robot have three 4" actuator. I currently have two 18ah batteries in series. I am using the cytron mdds30 on the drive motors and the cytron mdds10 on the 3 linear actuator.

I put the robot on the and drive it around. The robot is heavy and have tracks. Within a minute of testing I notice the red error light comes on both channels and the robot would stop. It would stop randomly but especially when I go in reverse. This would happen at slow speed and high speed. Once I return the stick to neutral the red error light would go off.
I plan to upgrade to two 35ah batteries. My wiring are double 10g wire all around. The robot have a lot of torque to push couple concrete blocks on the ground so battery power should be good.

My second issue is the mdds10 that is controlling the 3 actuator. The actuator are rated around 3amp continuous.
1ch control 1 actuator and the other channel control the other 2 in parallel. After a few minutes of controlling the actuator. The channel that have the two actuator in parallel stop responding. I cycle the power and it was working again. I dont know if the controller is under power considering I didnt have a load on the actuators.

I will try to make a YouTube video.

Well after messing with it some more and try to reproduce the error. I came to the conclusion that the mdds10 was ok. When I reset the controller the stick was not centered.
The mdds30 seem to be giving off a rc input error. I was able to reproduce that in a video. YouTube - mdds30 (rb-cy-220) error
