hello
i have AL5A robotic arm ssc-32 with RIOS software … after i installed the software an error message appear when i try to open the program say " Error reading ComComboBox1->ComProperty: Registry error (win error code: 2) " as shown in attachment … and the program did not open … please any help ?

This error means that RIOS didn’t find any serial ports on your computer. Did you connect your USB to Serial adapter and install the drivers? If not, you should do this first. If you’ve already done this, then there seems like there’s probably an error with the drivers and you would need to check them. Let us know if you want help with this

i already connect the the USB to serial adapter to install it … but the laptop con not install it (i think there is a problem in serial port because it had been installed in other laptop ) … any idea please ?
It shouldn’t be a problem if you’ve used it on another computer. What version of Windows do you have on your laptop?

Windows 7 should already have the right drivers installed… Can you try plugging the cable into another USB port?
If that doesn’t work, can you try downloading the latest drivers from here:

Run the program then create a new device.Worked for me.
