Error 3000

Hi,

I bought the [size=2][font=Arial]Neato Botvac Connected Robot Vacuum Cleaner[/font][/size] from your website, and it has been working good up to now.

I get an error that says “Please press OK to continue (3000)”

I looked this up online, and the answers I am finding say that error applies to something wrong with the laser. I watched a video at Neato.com when someone demo-ed cleaning the laser (q tips and dry air), and did what he did to my Neato, but it still isn’t working.

When I press the button to clean the house it just revs, and then that error appears. Then I press the “OK” to continue and it brings up the menu and I select resume cleaning and it does the revving sound for a few seconds then displays that error message. Over and over again.

I shut it down and restarted it, but that didn’t get me anywhere.

I tried to post a video of what it does, but you don’t accept the format my video is in.
